April 28 - 30, 2017 in BROOKLYN “AMERICA NOW!”

James Baldwin once said, “History is not the past, it is the present. We carry our history with us. We are our history.” History also feels sped up, with policies and decisions made daily that affect broad populations and sharpen divides. Art in reaction to this history is just as quick and widespread.

Our history and our art created in real time is what we want to take a closer look at. We aim to establish a neutral space for the expression of viewpoints from a wide spectrum, ranging from conservative to liberal and anywhere in between, as an approach to opening a conversation and finding common ground.

We would like you to Join us in this exhibit as a vendor, contributor, or supporter of the art that can help create an overriding voice in a urgently needed conversation. Starting on the weekend of April 29th, 2017, we welcome you please join the conversation.
